How to maintain your hair:
Protect at night : Always sleep with a silk or satin bonnet, scarf, or pillowcase. This reduces friction, frizz, and tangling overnight. Avoid cotton fabrics that dry out the hair.
• Daily/regular refresh routine (most important for keeping the “boho” curls looking fresh) Boho braids require more daily effort than plain braids due to the loose curly ends.
1. Gently finger detangle any knots or frizzy sections (start from the ends and work up).
2. Use a spray bottle with a mix of water + leave-in conditioner + a bit of lightweight hair serum.
3. Scrunch or finger coil the loose curly parts to redefine curls.
4. Apply a small amount of curl cream, or activator if needed for hold and shine.
5. Use a wide-tooth comb or wet brush for stubborn areas (be gentle to avoid pulling).
• Do this daily or every 2–3 days, especially in humid or dry climates.
• Washing routine (every 1–2 weeks, or every 7–10 days for scalp health)Human hair allows full washing without as much fear of frizz or unraveling.
